DJ and MC
Music is our passion and we love helping others pull off successful events! Our Sarasota DJ services are professional and affordable. Music should set the tone for any event, and create a memory for your guests. We are flexible in working around any budget, timeline or request.
With a pristine sound and colorful, customized light show, we can accommodate events from 50 to 300+ guests or more. We will arrive well in advance of your scheduled event and are always dressed in the appropriate attire for your event.
We will always go out of our way to do our best and make sure that your dream wedding or event becomes a reality!
We are willing to travel if your event is outside of the Sarasota County area, just give us a call and let's talk!

What To Expect
Prior to your event, you get:

Free initial phone or in-person consultation. We go over location details, timeframes, venue setup options, etc.

Free ceremony and reception timelines (upon receipt of signed contract and deposit).

Access to our music database to select any special song requests and order.
On the day of your event, we provide:

An organized and professional DJ.

A quality sound system, mixing board and laptop.
-
Two handheld microphones (one wired, one wireless).
-
High-quality, multicolored LED centerpiece dance lights.

Free setup and teardown.
-
MC service at no additional charge.

We have hundreds of songs on hand, so we can play just about anything. If WiFi is available, we can download songs, on the spot, for special requests.
After your event, you can expect:

A follow-up email, text, and/or phone call.

A final email with links for you to post reviews on various sites (e.g., Yelp, Facebook & Google).
Music & Lighting Equipment
Whether you have an event of 50 or 300+ guests, our sound can set the tone for any event size or space.
Our equipment consists of:
-State-of-the-art 1000 watt QSC 10" speakers (2) with 1.75" compression driver in attractive housing.
-Mackie 10 channel professional V2 mixer.
-Chauvet Cubix 6 Dance Effect Lights (2):
The Chauvet Cubix is a multicolored, LED centerpiece that combines two effects in one fixture. Centrally-mounted LEDs produce multicolored effects and animations that flow across the room while the quad-sided derby effect floods the dance floor with rotating, multicolored beams.
Pricing
We provide customers with an affordable, professional and talented DJ service in Sarasota that's simple, flexible and fun for everyone.
Weddings, Corporate Events & Parties :
Send us with a few details of your event and we'll provide a customized quote for DJ services that is affordable and fair.
Additional lighting is available for extra, as well as any other additional services requested including travel.
The factors that dictate price are the dates, how long you want us to perform, and the equipment that you need. We can work around any budget and there are no hidden fees. Pricing will be determined between the client and Ceremony Entertainment through a written contract.
Overtime: If you are having fun and want your DJ to play longer, we would love to continue our performance. You can purchase additional time by paying overtime at the beginning of the hour. All overtime is purchased on an hourly basis and the cost for overtime is outlined in your contract. Overtime must be paid via cash or check prior to the DJ continuing their performance.
